At Aloha we take the reservation process a step further than most shops with our High Speed Express Service. When taking a reservation we get all pertinent information and enter that into our computerized rental system. Our rental technicians then choose appropriate skis/snowboards and boots from the information given to us by you, based on your size and ability. We process the rental form and preset the boots to the bindings. You simply step into the store where you made your reservation, try on the boots, sign the paperwork and head out the door. No waiting, no hassles, just Aloha fun and smiles.

Chart: Key to Skier/Boarder Types Type I / Beginner I : Ski conservatively, prefer slower speeds, prefer easy to moderate slopes.

Type II / Intermediate II : Ski moderately, prefer a variety of speeds, ski on varied terrain, including most difficult trails. (All skiers who do not meet ALL of the descriptions of either Type I or Type III.)

Type III / Advanced III: Ski aggressively, normally ski at high speeds, prefer steeper and more challenging terrain.

DEPOSIT REFUND POLICY:

* Online reservations must be made at least 3 days (72 hours) in advance to receive discounts. Online reservations must be made at least 1 day (24 hours) in advance. Same-day reservations must call us toll-free at 877.222.7600.

* A $20 per person deposit is required for all reservations. This deposit will be applied to your final bill rather than returning to your card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For rental cancellations more than 48 hours prior to date of pick-up, full refund will be made. For cancellations less than 48 hours prior to pick-up, deposits will be forfeited.
