Where are you located?
Aloha has 3 locations, plus a delivery service with friendly staffs to assist the Park City skier in all their needs. We have a store at the base of the Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort, and a store on Main Street on the way to Deer Valley.

How do I make reservations?
You can make reservations either by mail, online, by fax or over the phone with one of our cheerful reservation agents.

Do you carry shaped/parabolic skis?
Yes, we have an entire selection of shaped skis for every ability level from beginner to expert. Shaped skis have been designed to help you progress and perfect the perfect carving turn, verses a sliding turn. When you start to feel this, your confidence and ability level will improve.

Can I pick up my equipment from on Aloha store and return to another Aloha location?
Sure you can. Our stores are all networked together, thus allowing us to maintain inventory information for all our guests.

Can I store my rental equipment at your stores?
Absolutely – Free of charge! You can leave your skis/snowboards and poles with us, but we do recommend that you take your boots home at night in order to warm and dry for the next day.

Can we pick up our equipment the afternoon prior to our first day of skiing?
Feel free to pick up your equipment starting at 5 p.m. the day prior to your first day of skiing at no additional charge. That way you are ready to hit the slopes first thing in the morning! Our Main Street location is open until 10pm every day and Park City Mountain Resort is open until 9pm.

What if I do not know all renters’ information?
In order for our ski techs to pre-set your reservation prior to your arrival, it is a time saver for you to gather this information before making your reservation (ability, height, weight, age, shoe-size).

Do you sell discounted lift tickets?
Yes, we have discounted lift tickets to The Canyons.

What length board/skis should I be on?
Our trained ski techs will pick out the size and brand that will best work for you, based on your specific measurements and ability.

Can I have my equipment tuned at any of your shops?
Certainly, we offer an overnight ski/snowboard tuning service. You can drop off your equipment at any of our 3 Aloha locations, and your equipment will be waiting for you first thing in the morning. First tracks will be yours!

Do you offer group rates?
We consider groups to be fifteen or more adults, skiing 3 or more consecutive days. Discounts will vary according to the size of the group, number of days using the equipment and time in the winter that the group is using the equipment.

Do you rent helmets?
Yes. We recommend and rent helmets for adults and children. They are available on a first come, first serve basis.

Can I switch between skis and a snowboard during my rental period?
Absolutely! Skiboards ("Snowblades") are also available.

Can we take a day off in the middle of our rental period?
You will be charged for the days that the rental equipment is in your possession. Renting skis is like renting a car.

What happens if I damage or lose my rental equipment?
You are responsible for the retail value of the equipment we rent you.

Can I return my skis early and get credit?
